If you're like most of our clients, you have better things to do than worry about the stability and security of your website. You've got an organization to run, and fiddling around with do-it-yourself geekery is not at the top of your to-do list.

On-call website management

If you already have a website you love, but just need a few tweaks here and there, you might be interested in our hourly website management services. We'll charge our regular hourly rate, and do just about any magic trick you request. For more involved or longer-term engagements there are more economical options (normally we'll quote you for a monthly retainer at significantly reduced rates), and we'll be sure to let you know when we think you'd get more value out of a different option.

Ongoing management for our design clients

Managing a website works out to be a whole lot more than just keeping the hosting bill paid. Our full-service website management package is your chance to hit the "eject" button on undue stress, by keeping a crack team of website management experts at your fingertips.

For a $55 monthly fee, we'll keep on top of all the details needed to make sure your site is running in tip-top condition, including:

• Hosting your website at no additional charge, if you wish.
• Routinely checking the site to be sure everything is still safe, secure, and running as it should. This includes testing your contact forms or other dynamic features to make sure they behave as expected.
• Keep any third-party scripts up to date, making sure any known security issues are patched in a timely manner. (You'd be surprised how many sites on the Web are attacked every day, simply because they failed to fix known security holes — often for months or years.)
• Keep backup copies of the entire site. According to Murphy's Law, this can be one way of ensuring they're never actually needed.
• Make minor content and graphics edits to the site at your request, including changing, removing or adding new content. You're still free to do any of this yourself, naturally, but we're here to provide that extra hand. When you need it done but can't find the time to do it soon, you can count on us.

We offer this package to any of our clients for any site we build. If you sign up for this service within 30 days of site launch, there's no setup fee whatsoever. After that point there's a $120 setup fee per site.

Also note that some of our website design packages have this service included gratis.

Naturally if you have tech support staff in place already, this may not be something you need. But if not, we're pretty sure you'll find this package makes for a great opportunity to simplify your life.
